Who is responsible?

Impact Growth Partner, a sole proprietorship owned by Mylène Duurland, based in Soest, the Netherlands, and registered under KVK number 42114165, is responsible for processing carried out through this website.

Which data do we process?

The introductory form and free-guide form may process your name, email address, telephone number, company name, role and any information you provide yourself. For a workbook order, we also process the invoice details you provide, including name, company name, business email address, invoice address and, where supplied, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and invoice reference.

Why do we use data?

We use data to respond to contact and introductory requests, send the free guide, assess a potential engagement and perform agreed services. The website does not contain a newsletter subscription.

Forms and external services

The introduction and free-guide forms are provided through Tally. Information entered there is processed through Tally. The business scan calculates your score locally in your browser; after your consent, your contact details, source and scan result are forwarded to Impact Growth Partner through FormSubmit. The workbook order form prepares an email locally in your own email application; you review and send the order yourself. No separate external booking service was identified in the website. Do not submit special-category or sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for your request.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses necessary local storage for language and cookie preferences and uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for measurement. Through Google Consent Mode, analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are denied by default. Analytics storage is allowed only after you consent through the separate notice. We do not use advertising personalisation and our event tracking does not send names, email addresses, form contents or other directly identifying information to Google. You can remove your choice through your browser storage settings.

Hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection and request data when delivering and protecting the website.

Retention

Data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received or for as long as a legal obligation requires. The website code does not define specific retention periods for Tally submissions or subsequent client administration.

Sharing with third parties

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, provide the forms or deliver services, or where required by law. Personal data is not sold.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data and may object to processing. Send your request to info@impactgrowthpartner.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
