Our role
The thinking partner between bookkeeping, coaching and a heavyweight CFO structure.
Many owners have a bookkeeper or accountant, but lack someone who translates numbers into choices, cashflow, structure and business value. A bookkeeper mainly looks back, a part-time CFO can still feel too heavy, and standard coaching does not go deeply enough into cashflow, profit, structure and value. We sit precisely between those roles.
This role can also sit alongside a controller, finance manager or CFO. During growth, investment, refinancing or succession, temporary additional expertise can help connect the figures to strategy and execution.
Our approach is built on direct experience as an investment manager within PE-backed businesses. Over the years, Mylène has supported more than 50 businesses. Combined with experience in finance, M&A and business succession, this means we know what buyers, investors and lenders look for — and how to apply that thinking before a sale, succession or investment becomes urgent.
